Any products we supply to you will be of satisfactory quality. If we deliver a product to you that is not of satisfactory quality, we offer a 28 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product please return to our head office at Healthy Food Supplies Ltd, Unit 1 Stonebridge Park, 20 Electric Avenue, Gillmoss Liverpool L11 0EL. Upon receiving the product back, a refund will be issued or a replacement sent out.
If you choose to return any products when they are not deemed faulty or in unsatisfactory condition, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit. The cost of the return postage will be covered by Healthy Food Supplies if we are at fault for the order and a prepaid label will be provided for you to print out and attach to the package. If however there is no fault with the order the cost of the return postage will be paid by the buyer.
If you would like to cancel your order please advise our customer service team by emailing here within 30 minutes of making the order and we will cancel the order and a refund will be given. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to be returned to your bank.
Healthy Food Supplies cannot accept the return of certain products, these include all baby food and milk. For hygiene reasons these products cannot be returned. Medicine bought can be returned provided it is still sealed and in its original packaging.
