Doves Farm have been specialists in organic and gluten free flour since 1978, located at their farm near Hungerford on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border. In addition to great tasting bread flours, they make a variety of organic and gluten free products including, biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta & baking requisites, drawing the majority of these and many raw materials from the local Wessex area. Doves Farm are dedicated to upholding organic, ethical and Fairtrade agricultural systems, nurturing partnerships with suppliers and customers and supporting local community projects, and have had Soil Association approval since they were founded. Gluten and wheat free cookies are produced in a separate bakery using the traditional wire-cut method and baked on specially lined trays.
Our award winning KAMUT ® Khorasan flour was originally grown for the pharaohs in Egypt. It is an ancient wheat variety, naturally high in protein and minerals such as selenium. It is milled the old fashioned way, using a stoneground process. This wholegrain flour is excellent for making pasta and bread and has a unique and subtle taste.
