You will need

Four Kiwifruits

Two Fresh Mint Leaves

Half a stick of celery

Half a cucumber

680g of baby spinach

Half an avocado

A handful of ice cubes

You will need to do 

1- Peel the kiwifruit and chop into four pieces each.

2 - Chop the cucumber and celery into small pieces and along with the kiwifruit and baby spinach, place into blender with half an avocado (disposing of the core)

3 - Smack the mint leaves in your hands, which releases their full flavour and place into the blender. Then, grab a handful of ice and blend until the texture is thick and creamy.
